I find the hardest part of taking my young boys with me to the library is looking up books in the catalog.  I prepared this list for you (and me) to make finding books faster and easier.  I download the mobile version on my ipod/iphone to take with me.  You can also print off the list if that is easier for you!

  1. Great list and terrific idea to share the list as a pdf! Thanks for making mom’s job just a little bit easier 🙂

  2. There are so many great titles on this list! I especially love Bear Has a Story to Tell and Applesauce Season. Another favorite of mine is Fall is Not Easy by Marty Kelley, where a poor tree just can’t seem to get its leaves to change color properly, resulting in lots of silliness.

  3. Love the list! Thank you for the printable list too! I have stopped trying to actually look for books at the library with my kids in tow. I always use my county’s online reservation system. The books I am looking for are in a nice pile at the front of the library when I arrive and I can actually enjoy the time there with my kids instead of trying to keep one eye on them and search for books at the same time.

  4. Such a wonderful list! Thanks so much for sharing, I’m ordering some from our library right now.

  5. Great list. Thanks so much for sharing.

  6. Tracy Valenti says:

I will also Apple Farmer Annie. It’s a crowd favorite at my preschool !
