Valarie Budayr is an award winning, best-selling children’s book author, a reading and play advocate whose mission is to inspire children, families,and communities to experience and create together, and founder of the popular book website Jump into a Book, where the pages of our favorite children’s books come to life through activities and adventures. My favorite book as a child was no doubt Little House on the Prairie by Laura Ingalls Wilder
What is your favorite thing about the library?
The library has always been a place where time just sort of stops and I get to be among the books. I love to search the endless stacks and make new reading discoveries.
